WHAT IS THE WARRANTY FOR THE BATON V2?

The Baton V2 has a one-time 3-month limited manufacturer's defect warranty per purchased vaping device that covers any internal malfunctions. The warranty does not cover lost or stolen products, cosmetic damage, or user error damage. It also does not cover pods or nic-salts.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE LIFESPAN FOR THE BATON V2?

With proper care, the Baton can last up to a year. 6-8 months is typical for open pod systems like ours, but battery longevity depends on individual vaping habits and device care. **Cleaning your Baton regularly (daily, if you can) will help you vape on for longer.** Please note, the lifespan can shorten in the summer months due to the heat.

HOW LONG DOES THE AVERAGE POD LAST?

The average Baton vape pod will last up to 3-5 refills or more. It is recommended to use Baton Nic-Salts; however, longevity does depend on the type of e-liquid you are using. Please note that ejuices with a higher concentration of sugars will burn the pod faster. Rinsing the pods out with water between fills can increase their lifespan. It is important to regularly change out and replace your pods.

WHAT IS THE SMALL PLASTIC PIECE THAT SITS IN THE MOUTHPIECE?

That is our patent-pending anti-spitback system. This helps eliminate any spit-back that might occur when drawing too hard on the Baton V2 pods. If you lose it, it is no big deal, the vape pod will still function without one in place. Please note it is the anti-spitback that causes the condensation you may find on Baton pods, not leaking.

CAN I USE ANY E-LIQUID IN MY BATON V2?

Yes, you can use any e-liquid or nicotine-salt vape juice; however, for the longest use of your pods, we recommend using Baton nicotine-salts. Baton nic-salts are formulated to work perfectly with Baton vaping cartridges. Please note that ejuices with a higher concentration of sugars will burn the pod faster.

DO I HAVE TO CLEAN MY BATON V2?

YES. We suggest using a dry or slightly moistened paper towel or Q-tip to clean the e-liquid that drips down from the anti spit-back system DAILY. We recommend that you clean the device every time the pods are filled or changed, minimum. Clean the contact pins and the charging port using rubbing alcohol regularly for best results.

WHAT DO I DO IF I'M HAVING TROUBLE DRAWING FROM THE DEVICE?

If you find you have to draw really hard on your Baton to get it to activate, here are some things you can try:

1. Check the spit-back to ensure it's not plugged up.

2. Check to make sure there is no leaking vape juice on the connectors. Clean with a Q-tip if necessary.

3. Take the pod out and give it a flip before reinserting to re-wet the vape coils.

WHAT DO THE COLORED LIGHTS MEAN?

When inhaling, the Baton indicator light will activate. High battery is blue, medium battery is yellow, and low battery is red. We recommend charging when the indicator level is red.

There is also a "party mode" feature built-in that flashes a rainbow of colors when the Baton is hit for more than four seconds.

CAN I CHARGE MY BATON V2 WITH ANY MICRO USB CHARGER?

Yes. We include one with every Starter Kit, but if you lose it, any micro USB charging cable will work. It is recommended to avoid using car or high wattage chargers, as these can damage the battery (5V / 300mAh is ideal) . Charge your device in a well ventilated area where it will not overheat.

A full charge takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. It's safe to leave your Baton vape pen charging overnight, though we do recommend you unplug it as soon as it's finished charging to increase its lifespan. The light on the battery will be red when charging and will turn off when it is full.

WHY IS MY BATON V2 NOT PRODUCING ANY VAPOR?

This is mainly due to a lack of conductivity between the pod and the device battery. Possible solutions include cleaning the device/pod (specifically the connection pins), and making sure the device is charging correctly with lights working when taking dry hits without the vape pod in the device.
