In most cases your order attempt has been rejected. Declined transactions can occur when there is a mismatch with the billing information, incorrect payment information or other reasons.

When a transaction is declined, the bank holds a temporary pending transaction. It usually resolves itself within a few days. Please keep an eye on your bank/card statement; if it doesn't credit the amount back or "fall off" within a week, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.

If, however, the transaction successfully went through and has actually been posted (not pending) on your statement, but you did not receive an order confirmation, please send us an email at: with the charge amount, name and last four digits on the credit card you used to make the purchase, and we will investigate.
