Note, we are not open on the weekends or national holidays, so any orders placed during that timeframe will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number to the email address on file once your order has been processed. It may take 24 hours for USPS to update the tracking info once your order has been collected for shipment.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is fully in USPS' hands; we only have as much information regarding the shipment as the tracking details that were emailed. Please be patient as you wait for your vape mail to arrive - thank you! Most orders are delivered within 3 - 7 business days.

Priority Mail is (usually) fastest, but please note your order is shipping from Nevada. Two & 3-day shipping is no longer guaranteed.
First Class or Free Shipping can take up to two weeks in some areas, like Florida.
USPS may not always update your tracking with timely scans at each destination en route (or may fly your package to a city that seems out of the way). Drivers might mark your order as Delivered before it actually shows up.
A few days between tracking updates is currently normal, as is "In Transit, Arriving Late".
The shipping info USPS has for you may not be correct based on what was entered by the customer at checkout. Please ensure the order is addressed to the legal resident of the house/apartment it is being shipped to before you check out. Also kindly double check the apartment number has been entered, the city is correct, etc.
Picking your package up at your local post office may be an option if you contact them.
