If you've emailed us at orders@batonvapor.com with a question or concern but have yet to receive a reply, here are some possible causes:

  1. It's outside business hours. Support tickets are answered in the order in which they are received Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Time, excluding national holidays.

  2. Your email storage limit has been exceeded, and our messages can't get through. If you've tried emailing on multiple occasions during business hours with no response, it's likely there is a problem with your domain provider. Occasionally we receive bounced replies alerting us of this error. Please try sending us a message from an alternate email address, or you can delete old emails on your main account to free up some storage space.
