If you've emailed us at orders@batonvapor.com with a question or concern but have yet to receive a reply, here are some possible causes:
- It's outside business hours. Support tickets are answered in the order in which they are received Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Time, excluding national holidays.
- Your email storage limit has been exceeded, and our messages can't get through. If you've tried emailing on multiple occasions during business hours with no response, it's likely there is a problem with your domain provider. Occasionally we receive bounced replies alerting us of this error. Please try sending us a message from an alternate email address, or you can delete old emails on your main account to free up some storage space.
